POLICY FOR BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
- A Consultation and Skin Analysis will be necessary before commencing any treatments
- A form will be filled and clients will be required to provide personal details including medical history and past treatment records
- A treatment program will be discussed
- After care suggestions will be provided
- Home Care products will be suggested
- Follow Appointments maybe be required
- A 24 hour patch test may be necessary for some treatments
- Skincare products once purchased will not be exchanged or refunded
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments, or a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
PAYMENT TERMS
Sai Beauty Clinic London cannot offer credit terms for any of treatments programs. All payments will be required as soon as the client has completed the treatment. Payment for all courses of treatment programs will be required in Advance. Sai Beauty Clinic London reserves the right to deduct all late cancellation charges if applicable.
Advance payment will be required for all Gift Vouchers
